At Korg, we stand behind the quality of our musical instruments and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
